Full job description

Our client, a leading organization in the healthcare and manufacturing industry, is seeking an Operator 1, Packaging Operations to join their team. As an Operator 1, Packaging Operations, you will be part of the Packaging Department supporting production and quality assurance teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent teamwork skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Operator 1, Packaging Operations

Location: Woburn, MA

Pay Range: $20.00

Shift: 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

  • Perform manual inspection, labeling, and packaging of clinical and commercial products to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Execute finished product packaging in accordance with established procedures and quality specifications.
  • Inspect in-process packaging and components, removing defective products and materials to maintain quality integrity.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of manufacturing activities, including device history records and inventory counts.
  • Assist with inventory counting activities and participate in safety audits and daily safety discussions.

What's Needed?

  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of 6 months of industry work experience.
  • Ability to read and understand documentation and follow procedures accurately.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with basic mathematical calculations and computer software for business functions.
