Physical Therapist Clinic Manager

CORA Physical Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist Clinic Manager to lead our outpatient rehab team. In this role, you will provide direct patient care, oversee daily clinic operations, and mentor clinicians to ensure evidence-based, personalized treatment. Responsibilities include managing schedules, supervising staff, supporting performance and development, and maintaining quality, safety, and documentation standards. You’ll collaborate with referring providers, support community outreach, and help drive growth while upholding our patient-first, team-oriented culture and CORA’s commitment to clinical excellence and exceptional outcomes.
