• Join a collaborative women's health team of six providers, including OBGYNs, Family Practice OBs, & experienced Midwives
• Design a flexible schedule that aligns w/ your preferred practice style w/ 8 hr or 8-9 24 hr shifts
• Walk into a busy, efficient practice w/ 300+ annual deliveries & strong clinic support
• Perform robotic-assisted procedures w/ on-site technology
• Benefit from a midwife-first call model that reduces after-hours demands & supports work-life balance
• Collaborate closely w/ oncology & urology specialists for comprehensive patient care
• Utilize Cerner EMR w/ integrated AI-assisted dictation to streamline documentation
Compensation & Benefits:
• $450K+ guaranteed base w/ immediate volume & a clear pathway to $500K+ earnings w/o burnout
• Additional income opportunities through optional call shifts, compensated at premium rates
