Experience:

• 3 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

Requirements:

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >90 miles from facility to be submitted.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• Flu vaccination required for submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• Anyone currently working at this facility cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: Float experience does not count towards the unit experience requirement. CST must have total joint, hips and knees, neuro/spine experience in order to take a travel assignment.

7 days maximum time off. Facility holidays: 10/31/2026, 11/26/2026, 12/24/2026, 12/25/2026, 12/31/2026. Number of holidays allowed off: 1

1 Charge/Lead/Supervisor reference required from within the last 12 months
