As the first and last point of contact for our patients, you'll play a key role in ensuring every visit is seamless—from answering the phone and welcoming patients to providing outstanding chairside assistance when needed. We're looking for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.

Responsibilities

Front Office

  • Welcome patients with professionalism and warmth.
  • Answer incoming calls and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments while maintaining an efficient provider schedule.
  • Verify insurance benefits and explain treatment estimates.
  • Present treatment plans and discuss financial arrangements.
  • Collect patient payments and maintain accurate records.
  • Manage recall and reactivation efforts to help maintain a healthy hygiene and doctor schedule.
  • Coordinate patient flow to ensure appointments run on time.

Clinical Support

  • Assist the doctor during dental procedures with efficient chairside support.
  • Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments according to OSHA and CDC guidelines.
  • Take digital radiographs (Florida certification required).
  • Record clinical notes and maintain accurate patient documentation.
  • Educate patients on treatment recommendations and post-operative care.
  • Ensure operatories are clean, organized, and fully stocked.
  • Assist with inventory management and ordering clinical supplies.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of dental office experience required.
  • Experience in both front office and dental assisting required.
  • Bilingual (English & Spanish) required.
  • Current Florida Dental Radiology (X-ray) certification.
  • Experience with Eaglesoft or similar dental software preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of dental insurance, scheduling, and treatment coordination.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.

The Ideal Candidate

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Charismatic and naturally builds relationships with patients.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • Able to multitask while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • Dependable, punctual, and accountable.
  • A team player who is willing to step in wherever needed.
  • Passionate about delivering a five-star patient experience.
  • Committed to helping the practice grow through exceptional service and teamwork.

If you're an experienced dental professional who enjoys both patient care and front office operations, we'd love to meet you. Join a practice where your versatility, professionalism, and dedication will make a meaningful impact every day.
