Wellstar Health System seeks an Emergency Department Assistant Nurse Manager for night shift leadership. This role supports daily ED operations, supervises nursing staff, and promotes evidence‑based, patient‑centered care. The Assistant Nurse Manager coordinates staffing, patient flow, and throughput while maintaining quality, safety, and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include mentoring nurses, assisting with performance evaluations, supporting onboarding and education, and collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
