24-hour call shifts -- average 9 - 10 hours in house, remaining on call
Level II NICU and well baby nursery coverage
NICU ADC of 4; well baby nursery ADC of 11
Call back required for emergencies or high-risk deliveries
Circumcisions required
NRP certification required
