Experience:

• 24 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

Requirements:

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• No current placement allowed at Program: Favorite Healthcare Program - Park Nicollet Methodist Hospital.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: - 2+ years of recent experience required, including general OR skillsets and Da Vinci experience.

Preferred Skills/Experience: - Ortho experience preferred, including both totals and ortho trauma; total joint support, neuro, peripheral vascular, and CV experience preferred.

Unit Details: - Uses Epic.

Shift & Scheduling: - Day/evening shifts; start times vary 0700, 0900, 1100, 1300, 1500. - Weekends as needed. - No call. - Holidays as needed. - Maximum 7 days of RTO per assignment.

Floating Requirements: - Floating as needed within OR.

7 days maximum time off

2 Charge/Lead references required

Certifications:

• CST (Certified Surgical Technologist (NBSTSA)) or the alternative certification TS-C
