Target Start Date: October for at least 6 months

Dates of Coverage: Fulltime & Part-Time available

Practice Setting: Onsite, Inpatient and Outpatient, Day shifts

# of Radiology Exams per Month: 11,500

Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 4 months

Certifications Required: CA license, DEA BLS, X-ray Supervisor & Operator, ACLS, Board Certified -American Board of Radiology; Minimum 2 Years of Experience

Modalities Used (CT / MRI / X-Ray / Ultrasound / etc.): CT/MRI/X-ray/Ultrasound/IR

Procedures Per Day Expected to Perform: 4-8

Average Reads Per Day: 70

Provider's Typical Day: Varies

Required Procedures: Abdominal and Pelvic CT; US/Fluoro/X-ray/MRI/Nuclear Med if possible; Barium Enema / Small Bowel Follow Through / Upper GI / Esophagram; Arthrograms / Joint Aspirations / Joint Injections; PICC Line Placement; Lumbar Punctures; Hysterosalpingograms; Bone Marrow Biopsy; Ultrasound Biopsy (Lymph Nodes / Muscle / Kidney / Thyroid / Abscess Drainage); ESI / SI Injections / Facet Injections; Body/general radiology, comfortable with basic neuro and MSK; No Diagnostic Mammograms / Breast Biopsy / Breast Localization (MagSeed/MagTrace)

PACS and/or Voice Recognition System: NovaRad & Mmodal

Travel & Lodging: Provided by client
