Job Description:

As a Burger King Team Member at Onvo, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing high-quality food, and maintaining a clean and organized restaurant environment.

Job Responsibilities

* Greet customers warmly, take accurate orders, and process transactions efficiently.
* Prepare and assemble food items such as burgers, fries, and other menu offerings according to Burger King's strict quality and safety standards.
* Maintain a clean and sanitary work area, including food preparation stations, dining areas, and restrooms.
* Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and responsibly.
* Assist with stocking inventory, unloading deliveries, and organizing storage areas.
* Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including food safety regulations and customer service standards.
* Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive work environment.
* Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally, escalating to management when necessary.

Job Qualifications

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
* Basic math skills for handling cash and making change.
* Availability to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
* A positive attitude and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
* Must be at least 16 years of age.
