Registered Nurse Surgical Telemetry

St. David’s Medical Center in Austin is seeking a Registered Nurse for our Surgical Telemetry unit. In this fast-paced, acute care environment, you will provide evidence-based post-operative and cardiac telemetry care, monitor complex patients, interpret cardiac rhythms, and respond rapidly to changes in condition. You’ll collaborate closely with surgeons, hospitalists, and allied health professionals to deliver patient-centered, compassionate care. Responsibilities include medication administration, patient education, care coordination, documentation in the EMR, and participation in quality and safety initiatives.
