Registered Nurse, Acute Care Rehabilitation

UCHealth is seeking a Registered Nurse for acute care rehabilitation on the night shift in Colorado. Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care by assessing patients, developing and implementing care plans, administering medications, and monitoring progress toward recovery goals. Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other care team members to coordinate treatment, support safe transitions, and educate patients and families.
