UPMC Altoona is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Psychiatrist to join our established behavioral health team.

This full-time position offers the opportunity to provide exceptional psychiatric care in a collaborative and supportive environment that values professional growth, work-life balance, and meaningful contributions to the well-being of the community. Our psychiatrists are supported by a highly experienced and talented team of physician assistants, allowing you to focus on delivering outstanding patient care.

As a member of UPMC Altoona Psychiatry, you will be part of the

UPMC Behavioral Health Network , a large, academically focused system that includes more than 100 psychiatrists and advanced practice providers across the region. You will also have access to a broad network of over 200 academic colleagues in the

University of Pittsburgh Department of Psychiatry

at UPMC Western Psychiatric Hospital, one of the nations leading academic psychiatry programs.

Qualifications:
Required-
MD or DO

degree from an accredited medical school.
Board Eligible or Board Certified in Psychiatry
Eligibility for PA licensure
