Registered Nurse ICU Stepdown

Ascension is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for our ICU Stepdown unit. In this role, you will deliver compassionate, high-acuity care to patients transitioning from intensive care, closely monitoring vital signs, managing complex medications, and responding promptly to changes in condition. You’ll collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and the broader care team to create individualized care plans, support and educate families, and uphold best practices in safety and infection control.
