BJC HealthCare seeks a Cardiac Surgery PCU Registered Nurse to care for post–cardiac surgery patients in a progressive care setting. You will perform comprehensive assessments, monitor hemodynamics and telemetry, administer medications, manage post-operative complications, and support early recovery. Working with a collaborative, mission-driven team, you’ll educate patients and families, contribute to evidence-based care and quality initiatives, and grow through robust training in a research-connected health system committed to excellence, diversity, and community impact.
