Nursing Supervisor

Lehigh Valley Health Network is seeking a Nursing Supervisor to provide clinical and operational leadership for our nursing team. In this role, you will oversee daily unit operations, staffing, and patient flow to ensure safe, high-quality, patient-centered care. You will mentor and support nurses, coordinate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, and promote evidence-based practice and continuous improvement.
