Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements
* Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
* Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
* BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
* Doctoral degree required
* Home health experience required
Assignment Details
* Shift hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
* Shift days: Monday - Friday
* Coverage area: Jackson County
* Mileage reimbursed between visits from first patient to last patient
* Key responsibilities include physical therapy visits, start of care, PT evaluations, recertifications, return of care, and supervisory visits
