Attorney - Family Law Litigation / Team Supervision

A growing Charlotte-area legal organization is adding a senior-level attorney to support continued expansion and strengthen leadership across its domestic relations practice. This position is designed for an experienced litigator who enjoys balancing sophisticated client representation with team guidance, operational contribution, and long-term practice development. Rather than functioning solely as an individual contributor, this individual will serve as a trusted resource across case execution, attorney development, and day-to-day legal operations.

Background That Will Translate Well

  • Active North Carolina Bar license in good standing
  • Prior exposure to family law matters strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated litigation experience and comfort appearing before the court
  • History of independently managing active legal matters
  • Experience overseeing, coaching, or developing legal professionals
  • Approximately 2–3+ years of people leadership experience preferred
  • Strong communication and decision-making ability
  • Ability to balance legal execution with team support responsibilities
