REGISTERED NURSE

As a Pulmonary Registered Nurse at BJC HealthCare, you will provide expert, compassionate care to adult patients with complex respiratory conditions across our hospitals and care centers. In this role, you will perform comprehensive pulmonary assessments, manage oxygen therapy and ventilators, administer respiratory medications, and closely monitor patients with COPD, asthma, pneumonia, and other acute and chronic lung diseases. You will collaborate with pulmonologists, respiratory therapists, and an interdisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based care that prioritizes safety, quality, and excellent patient outcomes. You will educate patients and families on disease management and self-care, support transitions of care, and actively participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical best-practice projects.
