At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Line Lead to work with a leading company in the production sector in New Albany.

Shift Patterns

• Monday - Friday 7am-3pm
• Monday - Friday 3pm-11pm
• Monday - Friday 11pm-7am

Pay Rates

• 18.00 USD hourly

Requirements

• Able to lead and work alongside a team in a fast-paced production environment.
• Able to remain on feet for extended periods during the shift.
• Able to lift and move products or materials when needed.
• Pay close attention to detail and check product quality throughout production.
• Complete required paperwork and production records accurately.
• Comfortable giving direction and working with others when needed.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.

Role

• Oversee daily production line operations.
• Coordinate team activities to meet production targets.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate production documentation.
