Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to deliver hands-on therapy in our inpatient rehabilitation setting. Working under the direction of an Occupational Therapist, you will implement individualized treatment plans, lead therapeutic activities, and train patients in daily living skills and use of adaptive equipment. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, document progress, and educate families, all within a supportive culture focused on high-quality, patient-centered care and professional growth.
