Occupational Therapist

Encompass Health is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide compassionate, evidence-based rehabilitation for patients recovering from stroke, brain or spinal cord injuries, orthopedic procedures, and other complex conditions. In this role, you will complete comprehensive evaluations, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and deliver goal-oriented interventions to restore function and independence in daily activities. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, document progress, and contribute to discharge planning while supporting a mission-driven, patient-centered culture focused on clinical excellence and continuous learning.
