As a Security Officer Full Time Armed Patrol Readiness in Camden, AR, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As an Armed Patrol Officer at a leading aerospace and defense location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and respond professionally to site needs. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication while supporting a caring, agile, reliable, and innovative team that acts with integrity. An Armed Guard Card or License is required.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, access-control requirements, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of buildings, restricted areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials and visitor authorization, and report suspicious activity, policy violations, or facility concerns.
• Carry authorized equipment in accordance with applicable laws, licensing requirements, Allied Universal policies, and site-specific post orders.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess a valid armed guard card or license.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
