Blink UX is seeking a Program Manager with experience supporting technical initiatives for an upcoming engagement. This is a 3-4 month engagement onsite in Charlotte supporting one of Blink's financial clients.
We are looking for a Program Manager with experience leading the delivery of a complex technical program from initial planning through launch and handoff to the operations team. You'll keep the project on track by managing timelines, scope, budget, risks, and stakeholder communication while ensuring teams, vendors, and leadership stay aligned.
What you'll be doing:
- Manage the overall project schedule, key milestones, and dependencies across teams.
- Oversee project scope and coordinate any approved changes.
- Track risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies, and drive them to resolution.
- Ensure release requirements are met and manage testing, acceptance, and final sign-off.
- Monitor project budgets, forecasts, and spending, identifying concerns early and recommending solutions.
- Coordinate and manage vendors and subcontractors to ensure commitments are met.
- Provide regular updates on project status, budget, and risks to leadership and steering committees.
- Lead project closeout activities, including documentation, knowledge transfer, and transition to the operations team.
