Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC Active Georgia Physical Therapist license required. Inpatient experience required. Acute care experience required. Large facility experience required. BLS certification from AHA only required.

Assignment Details 13-week assignment. Shift hours: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM. Shift days: Sunday through Thursday. Expected hours: 40 per week. On-call not required.
