* 12-hour day or night shifts -- 8 am - 8 pm and 8 pm - 8 am
* No more than 5 - 6 shifts in a row
* 21 patients per shift
* Emergency medicine setting
* APP support available 2 pm - 10 pm
* Respond to all codes as needed
* ATLS, PALS, and ACLS certifications required
* We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
* We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
* We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
