What You'll Be Doing

  • Operate plant equipment and production systems safely and efficiently to meet performance goals.

  • Monitor operations, identify equipment issues, and take appropriate corrective action when needed.

  • Conduct routine inspections, housekeeping, and basic maintenance activities to support reliable operations.

  • Follow all safety, environmental, and quality standards while maintaining compliance with company procedures.

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure continuous plant operations and consistent product quality.

  • Demonstrated ability to safely operate, monitor, and troubleshoot industrial equipment.

Conditions of Employment

  • Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check.

  • Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

Work Environment

  • Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
