Join Our Team as a Shipping Coordinator!

Irvine, CA

Pay: $24- $26/ hour

Receive materials, manage inventory, fulfill orders, coordinate shipments, and help keep warehouse operations running efficiently.

What You’ll Do:

- Pick, pack, and ship customer and production orders with accuracy.
- Coordinate daily shipments with UPS, FedEx, DHL, and freight carriers.
- Prepare shipping documents and ensure on-time delivery.
- Schedule pickups and track outbound shipments.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials.
- Label, stock, and organize inventory while maintaining FIFO standards.
- Process inventory transactions in the ERP system.
- Identify and report inventory discrepancies or damaged goods.

Requirements:

3+ years of shipping, receiving, warehouse, or manufacturing experience.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to read pick lists, shipping documents, and inventory records.
Comfortable using computers and ERP or inventory management systems.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Dependable, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities.
Manufacturing experience.
Experience with UPS WorldShip, FedEx Ship Manager, or similar shipping software.
Forklift certification or willingness to become certified.
Knowledge of FIFO inventory practices and inventory traceability.
