What You'll Be Doing

Assembly

• Assemble light, medium, and heavy-duty conveyor system components
• Use hand tools and small power tools safely and efficiently
• Work with team members to lift and move assembled products
• Follow work instructions and assembly procedures
• Meet quality and production standards

Inspection

• Inspect completed assemblies for quality and accuracy
• Verify the work of fellow assemblers before products move to the next stage
• Report quality concerns and help maintain high production standards

Additional Responsibilities

• Assist with material handling and moving components throughout the facility
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements

• Strong attendance and reliability are a must
• Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift
• Ability to team lift up to 50lbs.
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work independently and with a team
