Washington, DC | $70K–$80K + 10% Bonus + Great Benefits

An established, high-profile restaurant in Washington, DC is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join its leadership team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a polished hospitality professional with a strong upscale or luxury restaurant background who understands exceptional service, team leadership, and the operational demands of a busy, high-end dining environment.

The ideal candidate will be highly visible on the floor, passionate about hospitality, and confident leading a team while maintaining elevated service standards.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and service execution.
• Lead, coach, and develop the front-of-house team.
• Maintain exceptional guest service and hospitality standards.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, training, and performance.
• Monitor labor, sales, and operating results.
• Partner with the culinary team to ensure seamless service.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and effectively.
• Maintain a polished, professional restaurant environment.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of restaurant management experience.
• Strong upscale, polished, or luxury restaurant background required.
• Experience in high-volume, full-service restaurants preferred.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a team.
• Strong knowledge of service standards, labor, and restaurant operations.
• Professional communication and presentation.
• Genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience.
• Stable career history and demonstrated progression.

Compensation & Benefits

$70,000–$80,000 Base Salary
