This direct hire opportunity is ideal for a technically minded professional who is knowledgeable with troubleshooting HVAC equipment, supporting customers, and collaborating across departments to deliver exceptional service.
What You'll Do
As the HVAC Technical Support Agent, you will serve as a key resource for customers and internal teams by providing technical expertise and product support related to HVAC and air conditioning equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical troubleshooting support for company-supplied air conditioning equipment and related components
Identify and recommend replacement service parts for customers
Supply technical literature and documentation to internal and external customers
Assist Customer Support Representatives with equipment identification and parts inquiries
Support warranty evaluations by assisting with claim reviews and proper procedures
Collaborate with Field Service Representatives to resolve technical issues
Maintain a high level of customer service while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
