Job Summary:
Supports the effective operation, organization, and maintenance of marketing content systems, digital assets, and content governance processes. Coordinates content management activities that improve accessibility, consistency, usability, and alignment of marketing resources across the organization. Partners with marketing, business development, pursuits, communications, and technology teams to support content workflows, system adoption, and operational initiatives. Contributes to the continuous improvement of content operations through effective administration, reporting, and process support.
Key Responsibilities:
Supports administration, maintenance, and organization of marketing content platforms, digital asset systems, and content repositories.
Coordinates content governance activities to ensure marketing assets, templates, collateral, and resources remain current, organized, and aligned with established standards.
Maintains digital asset libraries, project information, photography, proposal resources, and related content repositories to improve accessibility and usability.
Supports content lifecycle management activities including content intake, review, approval, publication, archiving, and retirement processes.
Prepares reports and dashboards related to content inventory, asset utilization, system adoption, and content performance to support operational visibility.
Partners with content creators, marketers, and business stakeholders to support content publishing, system adoption, and resolution of content-related issues.
Supports training, onboarding, documentation, and operational initiatives related to marketing content systems, workflows, and governance processes.
Education Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, information management, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.
Work Experience:
Experience supporting content management systems, digital asset management platforms, marketing technologies, or enterprise content repositories preferred.
Experience supporting content governance processes, documentation practices, or workflow administration preferred.
Certifications and Licenses:
No certifications or licenses required.
