About Dallas European Auto

Dallas European Auto is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to support its growing European automotive repair operation. This role focuses primarily on building accurate repair estimates, coordinating parts, supporting technicians, and handling warranty claims rather than selling service. The position pays $20-$25 per hour and offers a Monday-Friday schedule, weekly pay, and opportunities to grow into additional responsibilities as the company expands.

Key Responsibilities

• Build repair estimates and repair orders in Mitchell using technician findings and required parts.
• Work directly with technicians to gather repair information and keep estimates moving efficiently.
• Source and integrate parts information from WORLDPAC, SSF, IMC, and RepairLink.
• Start, update, and maintain repair tickets accurately in the shop's operating system.
• Process labor warranty claims with WORLDPAC when covered parts require repeat repairs.
• Coordinate with parts suppliers to obtain the information needed for estimates and warranty claims.
• Return completed estimates to the Service Advisor for final review and customer presentation.
• Provide backup customer communication by phone, email, and text when needed.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of automotive industry experience.
• Experience working in an independent automotive repair shop.
• European automotive experience. preferred.
• Experience using Mitchell for repair orders and estimates.
• Familiarity with WORLDPAC and integrating parts information into estimates.
• Ability to work with technicians and parts suppliers in a busy shop environment.
• Ability to communicate professionally with customers by phone, email, and text when coverage is needed.
