Job Requirements / Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of clinical experience as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA);
  • Pediatric experience required
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (or equivalent nursing degree)
  • Active RN license in Kentucky (or compact RN license valid in KY)
  • Current national CRNA certification
  • Hospital and/or payer credentialing completed prior to start
