Our client, a leading organization in the supply chain and logistics industry, is seeking a dedicated Logistics Customer Service Coordinator to join their team. As a Logistics Customer Service Coordinator, you will be part of the Supply Chain department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Logistics Customer Service Coordinator

Location: Remote - East Coast

Pay Range: $25.00

Shift: 8am - 5pm, Monday to Friday

What's the Job?

  • Manage and process customer orders in Oracle, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment
  • Coordinate with third-party logistics providers to ensure efficient inbound and outbound shipments
  • Communicate proactively with customers and distribution partners to manage expectations and resolve issues
  • Support international shipments and export processes in collaboration with logistics partners
  • Monitor delivery performance and investigate delays to ensure timely resolution

What's Needed?

  • Knowledge of Excel data entry and ERP systems, preferably Oracle
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English
  • Experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain roles is preferred
