Work Environment

Your work schedule will be Monday to Friday, sharing an afternoon/evening shift from 2 PM to 8 PM, offering you a balanced work-life dynamic.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive patient assessments, developing individualized treatment plans to address specific therapeutic goals and promoting patient engagement.
- Deliver or oversee the physical therapy interventions for your assigned patients, collaborating with physician and care teams to ensure consistent care delivery.
- Evaluate the therapeutic progress and adapt care plans as necessary to optimize patient outcomes within the scope of practice defined by law and ethics.
- Instruct patients, families, and caregivers on the implementation of therapy exercises, use of therapeutic devices, and methods to enhance recovery.
- Manage caseload prioritization and staff coordination to ensure seamless patient care delivery.
- Utilize relevant tools and methodologies to track patient progress and outcomes, ensuring a high standard of practice throughout the rehabilitation process.
Patient Population / Client Focus
Your primary focus will be on a diverse range of patients, from pre- and post-operative adults to pediatric patients recovering from various orthopedic conditions. Your expertise will guide their rehabilitation process, helping them regain mobility, reduce pain, and improve their quality of life, thus facilitating a smoother recovery journey.
Qualifications
- Licensed Physical Therapist with a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT).
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification is required within the first 30 days of employment.
- No prior experience is necessary, making this an excellent opportunity for new graduates or professionals transitioning into the field.
Preferred Experience
