Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive patient assessments, developing individualized treatment plans to address specific therapeutic goals and promoting patient engagement.
• Deliver or oversee the physical therapy interventions for your assigned patients, collaborating with physician and care teams to ensure consistent care delivery.
• Evaluate the therapeutic progress and adapt care plans as necessary to optimize patient outcomes within the scope of practice defined by law and ethics.
• Instruct patients, families, and caregivers on the implementation of therapy exercises, use of therapeutic devices, and methods to enhance recovery.
• Manage caseload prioritization and staff coordination to ensure seamless patient care delivery.
• Utilize relevant tools and methodologies to track patient progress and outcomes, ensuring a high standard of practice throughout the rehabilitation process.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist with a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT).
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification is required within the first 30 days of employment.
