Lead Two-Year Old Teacher

Chesterbrook Academy is seeking a caring, creative, and enthusiastic Lead Twos Teacher to join our early childhood education team! Our twos program is all about discovery, independence, and building the foundation for a lifetime love of learning.

As a Lead Twos Teacher, you’ll guide curious little learners through hands-on experiences that encourage exploration, language development, and social growth — all within a nurturing, safe, and fun classroom environment.

What You’ll Do

• Create engaging, age-appropriate lessons and activities that support each child’s development.
• Foster social-emotional growth by modeling kindness, patience, and problem-solving.
• Maintain consistent routines that help toddlers feel secure as they grow more independent.
• Build meaningful relationships with families through daily communication and collaboration.
• Partner with your co-teachers and school leaders to uphold a supportive classroom culture.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years of age
• CDA or at least 60 semester hours with 6 credits in ECE required
• AA degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or similar field preferred
• Prior experience in a licensed childcare center.
• A passion for early learning, creativity, and helping children discover new skills each day.
• Authorization to work in the United States
