In this role you will evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders across diverse medical conditions. You’ll collaborate closely with physicians, nursing, rehab, and case management to create evidence-based, patient-centered care plans, provide family education, and support safe discharge planning.
