Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Pennsylvania Physical Therapy License required to start the assignment. BLS Certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required. Experience working in a skilled nursing facility preferred. Experience with long-term care documentation, restorative programs, and mobility/transfer training preferred.
