Dental Front Office Coordinator – Grow Into an Office Manager Role
Boston, MA | Full-Time | Established Private Dental Practice
Location: Boston, MA (02114)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Compensation: $28.00–$35.00 per hour (depending on experience)

Responsibilities
As a key member of our front office team, you will:
- Welcome patients and create an exceptional first impression
- Answer phones and schedule appointments
- Verify insurance benefits and explain coverage to patients
- Submit and follow up on insurance claims
- Collect patient payments and assist with billing questions
- Help manage the daily schedule and administrative workflow
- Provide outstanding customer service from check-in through checkout
- Learn additional leadership and administrative responsibilities as you grow within the practice
Qualifications
- Previous dental front office experience is required
- Strong knowledge of dental insurance is highly preferred
- Experience with scheduling, treatment coordination, billing, and collections is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
- Honest, dependable, and a team player who enjoys helping others
