Transplant Registered Nurse

BJC HealthCare seeks a Clinical Nurse Transplant to deliver expert pre- and post-transplant care in a mission-driven academic health system in St. Louis, MO. In this role, you will manage complex transplant patients, coordinating multidisciplinary care, administering medications and infusions, monitoring labs and graft function, and responding rapidly to clinical changes. You will provide in-depth patient and family education on the transplant journey, immunosuppression, and self-care.
