Bethesda Health seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse Rehab Nurse to provide skilled, person-centered care to seniors in our rehabilitation setting. The RN will complete comprehensive assessments, develop and update individualized care plans, administer medications and treatments, and support safe recovery and functional gains. Responsibilities include coordinating with therapy and interdisciplinary teams, educating residents and families, documenting in the EHR, and ensuring regulatory and infection control compliance in a faith-based, mission-driven environment.
