REGISTERED NURSE

Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. In this role, you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans for patients recovering from illness, injury, or surgery. Collaborating closely with an interdisciplinary rehab team, you will administer medications and treatments, monitor patient progress, educate patients and families, and support safe discharges.
