Full job description

Our client, a leading organization in the science industry, is seeking a dedicated Production Operator to join their team. As a Production Operator, you will be an essential part of the manufacturing department supporting the assembly and quality assurance processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, teamwork, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Operator

Location: Irvine, CA

Pay Range: $20.00

Shift: 6 am - 230 pm

What's the Job?

  • Perform basic manufacturing tasks and maintain semi-automatic and automated assembly equipment and tools for instruments and consumables.
  • Calibrate and operate equipment, dispense or package dry and wet products, and assemble components and kits.
  • Verify materials against process orders and prepare work areas for production operations.
  • Conduct in-line quality inspections and weigh finished products to ensure they meet specifications.
  • Complete accurate documentation following Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and ensure proper disposal of scrap and waste.

What's Needed?

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • 1-3 years of related experience.
  • Experience operating manual, semi-auto, and automatic production machinery is a plus.
  • Ability to read, write, comprehend, and follow written instructions.
  • Basic math, problem-solving, and computer skills.
