PT Outpatient Shift: Variable Shift, 8x5, 40hrs per week Length: 13 weeks Holiday coverage if required Requirements: 2 years CURRENT PT experience (New grads will not be considered for this need) Previous Rehab Experience Graduate from an accredited school of Physical Therapy AHA BLS Previous travel experience strongly preferred CPSI EMR experience highly preferred Previous experience working with PTA's preferred Other Details: NPI must be provided after start Must be flexible - Will need to work Inpatient PT as needed Must be able to treat all normal diagnoses seen in outpatient clinics.
