About the role:

The Account Manager drives and manages the entire end-to-end DCO process in line with a client’s scope, working closely with specialist teams to deliver high-quality work across a multitude of projects in a fast-paced and growing environment. 

As the day-to-day DCO lead for their roster of clients, the Account Manager builds trusted relationships, ensures campaigns are delivered to the highest standard, and plays an active role in developing junior team members. 

There are four key objectives fundamental to success in this role: 

  • Relationships — Growing and maintaining key client and agency relationships across your clients
  • Strategy — Ensuring the value of ArtBot’s DCO offering is continually pushed forward and developed
  • Collaboration — Driving collaboration within the team by challenging and motivating its members
  • Delivery — Managing ArtBot’s service and output in relation to profitability and growth opportunities

What you'll do:

  • Support an assigned client roster, maintain trusted agency and client relationships across a variety of verticals (with a strong presence in automotive).
  • Manages end-to-end DCO campaigns, ensuring seamless, timely, and high-quality project delivery from concept to completion
  • Analyze campaign performance data, identify optimization opportunities, and provide clients with actionable insights
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams—including activation, strategy, development, and design—to translate client needs into clear, actionable deliverables
  • Submit and manage workflow through internal ticketing systems (Hive), ensuring tasks are resourced and tracked effectively
  • Oversee and uphold rigorous quality assurance standards, ensuring all deliverables meet client expectations and ArtBot’s high standards
  • Participate in account financial management, including monitoring billing, securing POs, and identifying upsell or cross-sell opportunities


What you've got:

  • Proven experience (1-3 years) in account OR project management role within digital media, creative, or adtech environment;
  • Strong understanding of digital media landscapes and technical campaign launches, or media planning/activation experience
  • Knowledge of ad operations and trafficking, including technical campaign set-up across Display, Social, Video, Search, and DOOH
  • Solid communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence presenting in client and agency meetings as needed
  • Exposure to DCO (Dynamic Creative Optimization) including campaign delivery from concept through to post-campaign analysis
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills, both internally and externally
  • A collaborative, proactive approach and comfort working cross-functionally with diverse teams.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, use pivot tables, and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, ensuring accuracy and confidence in all deliverables.
  • Commercially aware, with an understanding of scopes of work, billing, and growth opportunities. 





$75,000 - $85,000 USD
