Encompass Health is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to support patients recovering from major illnesses and injuries in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. In this role, you’ll deliver hands-on, evidence-based nursing care, coordinate with an interdisciplinary team of therapists and physicians, and help patients regain function and independence. You’ll assess needs, manage medications, monitor progress, and educate patients and families.
