GM Certified Automotive Technician

$30 - $50 Flat Rate Per Hour Based on Experience + Bonuses

A well-established, high-volume automotive dealership in the Rochester/Henrietta, NY area is hiring a GM Certified Automotive Technician to join its growing service team.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles according to manufacturer standards
• Perform warranty, customer-pay, and internal repairs accurately and efficiently
• Complete scheduled maintenance services and multi-point inspections
• Use GM factory diagnostic equipment and service information to identify and resolve vehicle concerns
• Clearly document repair recommendations and completed work
• Work closely with service advisors and fellow technicians to deliver an outstanding customer experience

Qualifications:

• Current GM Certification required
• Minimum 2 years of professional automotive repair experience
• Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Experience performing engine, transmission, suspension, steering, brake, HVAC, and electrical repairs
• ASE Certifications are preferred
• Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
