Systems Technical Analyst – MDM/Data

Seeking a Systems Technical Analyst with strong data and integration experience to analyze, document, and support complex system integrations, data flows, and workflow processes. The role will work closely with business stakeholders, developers, and QA teams to define technical requirements, validate integrations, and troubleshoot data-related issues across enterprise applications.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Analyze and document system integrations, data flows, workflows, and application dependencies.
• Define technical requirements, integration specifications, data mappings, and interface designs.
• Support integration patterns including APIs, batch/file-based integrations, database-driven integrations, and middleware interfaces.
• Collaborate within BPM and workflow environments to support process modeling, orchestration, and system interactions.
• Develop understanding of orchestration tools such as Airflow, including scheduling, dependencies, monitoring, and error handling.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for development teams.
• Support integration testing, SIT/UAT validation, and data flow verification across environments.
• Troubleshoot integration and data issues, perform root cause analysis, and maintain issue documentation.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, workflows, methodology documents, and process artifacts.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst, Technical Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong experience analyzing and documenting system integrations and end-to-end data flows.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical designs and specifications.
• Hands-on experience with APIs, file-based integrations, relational databases, and SQL.
• Experience supporting Agile development environments and integration testing activities.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work with technical and business teams.
• Proficiency with documentation and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Office, Confluence, Jira, and qTest.
• Ability to quickly learn and support new platforms and technologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Master Data Management (MDM) platforms and integrations.
• Exposure to BPM tools and workflow-driven systems.
• Experience within financial services, private banking, or investment management environments.
