  • 18 - 22 patients per day
  • Chronic disease management, acute, preventive, and mental health visits
  • Focus on opioid use disorder treatment and SUD
  • Comfortable prescribing controlled substances required
  • Minor procedures experience preferred
  • Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
  • Assignment details and time entry in online portal
